iBricks is the operating system for contractors — multi-role B2B SaaS spanning tender intelligence, procurement, project management, billing, and approvals. Started as a freelance branding engagement in May'23, expanded to founding product designer from May 2024.

Deal Direct is a C2C property platform across 12 Indian metros — owners list flats, plots, and offices directly, buyers and renters reach them without a broker in between. The whole model rests on one mechanism: verifying the person listing the property actually owns it.

Two weeks before public launch, the founder wanted a strategic audit before going live. Three days, both user paths, end to end. I came back with 63 issues across 17 findings. The biggest one — Aadhaar verification rejecting every valid ID, 100% drop-off at the exact trust step the platform's no-broker model depends on.
